Bill Hamel

Bill has been investing in the Capital Region of NY Multifamily real estate since he was 21 years old. He self managed the Capital region portfolio until 2019. At that point, he moved away from managing a portfolio of smaller properties to concentrate on acquiring larger Multifamily communities in NY, Florida and Tennessee. Bill currently focuses on asset management, capital raising and training for Ultramarathons!

Bill has purchased Multifamily properties totaling 70 million throughout his career and has completed dozens of marathons, Ironman and ultramarathon competitions.
